驚蟄是指此時節春雨綿綿、偶有雷雨，正在冬眠的昆蟲都被春雷驚醒而鑽出來。同時象徵著萬物更新，生機盎然。「春捂秋凍」雖然已過立春，但天氣仍是乍暖還寒，日夜氣溫變化大，一不小心很易著涼，因此還是應帶備外套或薄圍巾慎防著涼。轉天氣皮膚容易出問題，如暗瘡、濕疹、風疹等，而刺激性的食物及煙酒，都會加重病情，所以更要注意飲食。脾胃是養生關鍵，可以每天飲用米水健脾胃。由於氣候濕重，身體氣血容易不流暢，對過往身體的痛症舊患會較敏感，造成各種肌肉痠痛與不適。適宜加強運動鍛鍊，活氣行血，通經絡。飲食方面，也應多吃屬性平和的食材，宜清淡，忌油膩。
